OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Dr. Carmella Parker is an  Associate Professor and Coordinator of Outreach and Special Projects for Northwestern State University. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University College of Law and her MBA from UNO. She is also a former Assistant Attorney General for the State of Louisiana.

Jay Sharplin is President of Sharpco Hotels and leads operations for its portfolio brands in Natchitoches and Alexandria. He also serves on the Louisiana Travel Association (LTA) Board of Directors and the Choice Hotel Owners Association. 

 David Peddy is Senior Vice President and Chief Audit Executive for Sabine State Bank in Natchitoches. He is also a licensed CPA in the state of Louisiana.

Michael Bonnette trains and mentors new court reporters and transcriptionists at Huntington Court Reporters and Transcription, Inc. Responsible for fiscal oversight and internal policies and procedures, he holds a BS in International Trade and Finance and a J.D. from LSU Law School.

Al Holden has served as Pastor of Living Word Ministries for 18 years. He is also currently employed as the Health and Safety Director for Pilgrim's Pride.

Marvin Blake is a Real Estate Broker and the owner of Exclusive Realty of Natchitoches and has been an educator with the Natchitoches Parish School Board for more than 25 years. Blake is a member of National Association of Realtors, the Natchitoches Board of Realtors, the Louisiana Association of Educators and the Natchitoches Association of Educators.

Justin Rhodes is co-owner of Rhodes Realty and  Rhodes Properties and Development. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Natchitoches Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees, Young Professionals, and NSU Athletics. 

Jared Dunahoe is a personal injury attorney at Dunahoe Law Firm in Natchitoches. He earned his J.D. at Southern University School of Law in Baton Rouge, and is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, Natchitoches Bar Association and Louisiana Association for Justice.

Nicole Gray is an experienced business development executive and serves as the Community Outreach and Grants Manager for the City of Natchitoches. She also serves on the NSU Foundation Board of Directors and the Demons Unlimited Foundation Board of Directors.

The Natchitoches Police Department and the women and men serving the community of Natchitoches aim to work collaboratively with all law enforcement agencies and the community to help solve crime and bring criminals to justice. NPD will work diligently with Crime Stoppers of Natchitoches and Natchitoches residents to build a safer community together.

The Natchitoches Parish Sheriff's Office works collaboratively with the Natchitoches Police Department to help solve crime, whether they be old or new cases. We will continue to work with the residents of Natchitoches and and Parish as a whole to help build a safer community together.

Natchitoches Parish District Attorney Billy Joe Harrington and his office has partnered with the City of Natchitoches, NPD and Sheriff's Office to help form the Crime Stoppers of Natchitoches, Inc. His office will work in coordination with both agencies to help solve and punish crime in a fair and swift manner.
